2025 Equine Sponsorship and Contracts
Some equine shows will now have a contract for sponsorship, event photography and official photographer. The contract will be tailored to that equine event.

Disrespect Policy
If you feel the need to jump on to social media and be a cyber bully about my work, I will not release any images of you until a formal apology is made. Please be an adult. If you have an issue or issues with something I have or have not posted, send me a PM and we will chat about it.
If you are a photographer who has disrespected me at an event either verbally, on social media, private message or by standing in spots where you can clearly be scene in my photos and know you are in the way of the image I am trying to capture, I will send you an invoice to make up for the loss of image sales.
Refunds
There are no refunds on photo sessions or events booked with a deposit or paid infill without 48 hours notice. This includes weddings.
A fee from one event or session booking paid by deposit or in full is not transferable to another session or event. This includes weddings.
No refund on prints or digital images
Digital images are now sent only through Facebook messenger with a Dropbox link.
Re-shoot Policy and Reprint for Sports Packages
If a re-shoot is required, a $50 fee will be charged.
All images from the original order must be returned. If they are not returned, then the price of the original order must be paid plus the $25 fee will be charged.
Gift Cards
I do offer gift cards in any amount.
I also have already prepped gift cards in $25 and $50 amounts.
Gift Cards can only be used on Full Priced session.
They can not be combined.
Only 1 gift card can be used during a photo session.
Gift Cards cannot be used for discounted sessions such as Fall and Christmas Mini Sessions.
Gift Cards cannot be used during a horse show as those mini sessions are already at a discounted rate.
Facebook Messenger Spam
If you multi message me on Facebook, your message will go to the Spam folder. Once it goes there, it will not be opened. In some cases, the person sending the messages gets banded from my page as well. This is a Facebook setting to keep the business pages safe from scammers. This is a Facebook setting not mine. Also, if you send "??" with no text, that may get your message sent to spam and you could be banned from my page.
PLEASE send one message at a time on Facebook Messenger and wait for my reply. Also, please make sure to visit my Facebook Home page for regular updates on posting and Dropbox Links.
I have posted about this on Facebook several times, but yet, people still send 4, 5 or 6 messages before I reply. I will no longer be posting reminders on my social media about this, as it is clearly posted on my website.
Facebook Posted Images
ALL images posted on social media are low resolution images, resized for social media use only. These images are FREE for you to use on your social media pages. All I ask is that you tag Tanya Everett Photography in your post or posts.
