Image Privacy Policy/Media Release
If you are a foster parent, legal guardian, or parent with concerns about your child’s photo being posted on social media or images being purchased without your knowledge, please reach out directly—either to me or any event photographer—as early as possible.
We can provide media release forms and ensure your child is added to the appropriate photo usage list.
Please understand that photographers covering public events may not be aware of individual family situations or sensitivities. Open communication helps us respect your privacy and ensure your preferences are honoured.

Pre-purchased/paid images will be delivered via a private gallery link sent to your email address. From this gallery, you can select the images included in your purchase and order additional images if desired.
When sending a message, please include:
Player’s name
Jersey number
Team name
Game time(s)
If no order is placed during the tournament, game-day gallery links will be posted for viewing and photo purchase a couple of weeks after the tournament concludes.
If you do not see a photo of your player, please send me a message. Thousands of images are captured during each tournament, and not all photos are posted.
