2026 Equine Show — Official Photographer

All shows will be promoted on my social media pages before, during, and after each event. With over 11,000 followers on Facebook alone, your show will gain strong visibility, helping attract riders, sponsors, supporters, and spectators.

With over 20 years of experience photographing equine shows from both inside and outside of the ring, your association and riders will receive stunning, professional natural light images they will be proud to showcase and cherish.

There is no fee to the association for having me onsite as your official photographer.

What to Expect:

The association will receive access to a selection of images, as they become available, for use on social media promotion.

Onsite booth setup throughout the show.

Riders are welcome to stop by the booth to preview photos taken during the day.

Images will be uploaded to the booth computer approximately every hour, so riders should make note of their ring times.

Riders may select a 5x7 print to be produced onsite for an additional fee.

Awards & Extras:

Each High Point and Reserve Champion will receive a FREE 12x12 digital print — perfect for canvases, framed prints, or sharing on social media to showcase accomplishments throughout the show season.

Image Delivery:

Show images will be available for purchase 10–15 business days after the show.

Each back number will have its own dedicated photo album for easy viewing within the Show Album posted on my photo purchase site.

Pre-paid or pre-ordered clients will receive a private online gallery where they can select the images included in their package, with the option to purchase additional images.

After each show day, a “Quick Look” Facebook album will be posted. These images are free to share on social media.

Additional Opportunities:

Horse & Rider photo sessions will be available in the evenings after each show day concludes. These sessions will be offered at a discounted rate exclusively for show riders.

Sponsor — NBHA World & Canada Finals

For riders competing at the NBHA Canada Finals or the NBHA World Championship, and who have me as their photo sponsor, the following benefits are included:

A private gallery link containing all show images from the weekend, delivered as soon as images are ready.

All images provided in high-resolution format.

One or two photo sessions during the show season (scheduled in advance).

A custom composite image for use in advertising and promotion.

Social media coverage across all of my social media platforms.

If you have a dedicated social media page for Finals or Worlds, I will also share your images and include a direct link to your page within the media section of my Facebook page to help promote your accomplishments and increase visibility.

Sponsorship for Show Series

I understand that many events are made possible through the support of sponsors and dedicated volunteers. For 99.9% of the events I photograph, I operate under an “In-Kind” partnership with the event or association.

This means I attend your event and provide professional photography coverage, along with images for social media promotion and event marketing. In return, the event recognizes this contribution as a sponsorship by announcing and promoting me as a Sponsor,

Images captured during the event are then made available for purchase by participating riders and families.

As part of supporting the event, I also contribute through giveaways, gift cards, and additional promotional support throughout the show.

In return, I ask that the event respect and recognize my contribution in the same manner as any other sponsor and provide appropriate acknowledgment and promotion throughout the event.
